MY WAY 3 CHEESE BAKED MACARONI 
1/2 lb. macaroni
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. whole milk
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Top with bread crumbs

Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and egg mixture. Add soup, salt, and pepper and fold in macaroni and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
