SPANISH STEAK RICE CASSEROLE 
1 round steak
1 c. rice, cooked

GRAVY:

3 tbsp. steak dripping
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped onion, hot water to make thin gravy
1 tbsp. chili powder or more
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Cut steak in pieces, season and roll in flour. Fry in oil until browned. Arrange in baking dish, put a large spoon cooked rice on each piece. Make a brown gravy in skillet, add tomato sauce, chili powder and season. Cook for 10 minutes and pour over steak and rice. Bake in oven at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes. Add a few tablespoon water so its not dry. You can grate cheese if you like.
