STEAK & WILD RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. family steak 1 c. chopped onion 3 c. chopped celery 1 can mushrooms 1 can mushroom soup 4 tsp. soy sauce 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® grain & wild rice 3 1/2 c. boiling water Cut meat into small chunks. Brown. Add onions, celery soup and mushrooms. Combine with remaining ingredients in large casserole, simmer 10 minutes first, then bake covered at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. This works real well prepared in an electric fry pan. |
