LEISHA'S GROUND BEEF RICE CASSEROLE | |
1-2 lb. ground beef 1 small to medium onion 1 cup cooked rice 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (Hunts) 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire steak sauce 1 cup milk 1 (15 oz.) can vegetables, drained (your choice) grated mild or sharp cheddar Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef with onion. salt and pepper to taste. Add can of vegetables and simmer. Drain. Cook rice and put into mixing bowl. Add ground beef mixture, tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Mix all together and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 350°F uncovered for 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: Leisha N. (Rollie) |
