HAMBURGER-RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 onion, diced fine small green pepper, diced 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 can condensed tomato soup, plus 1 can water 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. pepper Brown hamburger, onions, peppers and rice. Add rest of ingredients and bake uncovered at 375°F for 45 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings. Submitted by: Michele Shannon |
