SAUSAGE EGG SOUFFLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned & drained
1/4 lb. grated or chopped cheese (cheddar)
6 slices fresh bread, cubed
1/2 c. onions, green peppers (mushrooms if desired)

Combine: 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk
