EGG CHEESE SOUFFLE 
10 slices white bread, cubed
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
2-3 tbsp. chopped onion

Mix milk, egg, seasonings. Layer cheese and bread in ungreased 8"x12"x2" pan. Add milk mixture. Bake, uncovered 1 hour at 325 degrees until center is set. Serves 10. Can also add mushroom pieces before baking if desired.
