BREAKFAST EGG SOUFFLE 
10 slices bread
6 eggs
1 lb. bacon or sausage or ham, cooked and cut in sm. pieces
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

Spray or grease a 9x13 pan. Butter bread and remove crust; dice and spread over pan. Add cheese and prepared meat. Mix eggs, milk, and salt; pour over mixture. Set overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serves 8-10.

NOTE: Use only 6 slices of bread if crust is used!
