ROUND UP STEAK & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. round steak
Salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. shortening, melted
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
2 c. water
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Green pepper, chopped

Cut steak in thin strips. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Roll in flour. Brown in shortening. Add onion, celery and green pepper and saute until tender. Stir in tomatoes, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and cook slowly for 30 minutes. Add rice and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir well. Cover and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
