H.'S BARBECUE BEEF ON BUNS | |
4 lbs. roast 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 reg. size bottle of ketchup 4 c. chopped celery 3 sliced onions 1 tbsp. salt 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. chili powder 2 c. water Place all ingredients in a roaster and bake in a slow oven (300-325 degrees) for about 5 hours. Break meat apart with a fork as it cooks. Add more water as needed. |
