CHINESE CHEWS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar

TOPPING:

2 eggs
1/4 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Mix crust ingredients well and pat crust mixture firmly into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and pour mixture over the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
