CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream style corn
2 cans mild green chilies, chopped
3/4 c. corn meal
2 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. corn oil
1 tbsp. garlic salt
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix corn, chilies, beaten eggs, corn oil, garlic salt and cheese. Pour into large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife blade stuck in center comes out clean.
