MEAL IN A CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
4 med. potatoes (diced)
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion (minced)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water (using liquid from corn)
Salt and pepper to flavor

Place potatoes in bottom of casserole that has been well buttered. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Over potatoes spread celery, green pepper and onion, then the corn and dot with butter and sprinkle more salt and pepper. Now top off with beef seasoned with salt and pepper, and pour tomato soup thinned with water over mixture. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
