PEG'S CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. corn oil
16 oz. can cream corn
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sugar
2 oz. pimento
4 oz. green chilies
3/4 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion

Mix in order given (except cheese); put into 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
