2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz homestyle brown gravy
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 green bell peppers

Mix first 7 ingredients. Cut peppers lengthwise and hollow out. Fill each with stuffing mixture. Place in baking pan, "cover" and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes.
