STUFFED PEPPERS 
7 or 8 Italian peppers
1 lg. can Italian tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. Italian cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt

STUFFING:

Hamburger
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1/4 c. cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Stuff peppers. Put 1/4 cup oil in frying pan. Brown stuffed peppers on all sides. Stand in casserole dish.

Sauce: Cook tomatoes, all spice, sugar and 1 clove garlic for about 1/2 hour. Pour over peppers. Bake 3/4 hour at 350 degrees.
