JEENA'S UNSTUFFED STUFFED PEPPERS | |
Great reheated! 1 lb. ground beef 2 green peppers 2 (10 oz. ea.) cans tomato soup 1 pkg. instant rice 8 oz. dairy sour cream salt and pepper, to taste Brown ground meat in a skillet. Drain oil. Add 2 chopped peppers and 2 cans of tomato soup to the ground meat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until peppers are soft, stirring from time to time. In an additional pot boil rice. When rice is finished combine rice to ground beef and peppers, stir. Remove from heat and let sit for about 2 minutes. Add sour cream, a little at a time, depending on the amount desired.
