BARBECUE BEEF | |
3 or 4 lbs. beef roast, cut in chunks (raw) 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 lg. can tomato sauce 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar Salt and pepper Mix together and cook for 5 hours on top of stove on low or bake at 300 degrees in oven. Mash with potato masher. Serve on buns. |
