NO PEEK BEEF STEW 
2 lb. chuck roast, cubed
4 potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, 2" pieces
1 onion, sliced
2 celery stalks, chunked
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. instant tapioca

Mix well in casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil. Cook 250 degrees for 5 hours. Do not peek!
