2 lbs. meat
1 box Lipton California onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. catsup
1 bag carrots

Shake meat in dry soup mix. Mix soup and catsup, put in roaster. Top with meat then carrots and potatoes. Cover and bake 300 for 4 hours. DO NOT PEEK.
