NO-PEEK STEW 
1-2 lbs. stew meat
4-5 sliced carrots
4-5 cubed potatoes
2-3 stalks celery, sliced
1 onion, cubed

SAUCE:

2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
1 can water or wine
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
2 tsp. salt
1/4 (plus) tsp. pepper

Put stew meat in the bottom of crock pot or Dutch oven, season with salt and pepper. Add vegetables in layers. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover. Cook in crock pot on High for 5 to 7 hours, or bake in oven for 5 to 7 hours at 250 degrees (don't peek). NOTE: Don't brown meat.
