NO-PEEK OVEN STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cut in sm. cubes
5 carrots, peeled and cubed
5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 env. Lipton Onion Soup
2 c. cut up celery
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 c. water

Put all uncooked ingredients into roasting pan or casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
