HOT TUNA SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. sweet pickles, chopped
3 tbsp. ripe olives, chopped
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
6 sandwich buns, split

Combine tuna, cheese, eggs, pepper, pickles, olives, onion and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Spread about 1/3 cup onto each bun. Wrap each sandwich in wax paper. Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds (per sandwich) or until cheese melts.

Yield: 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
