HOT TUNA SANDWICH CASSEROLE 
8-12 slices bread buttered on one side crusts, removed
2 cans tuna, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 1/2-2 c. milk
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Butter a 9 x 12 inch pan and line bottom with half the bread slices. Cut them to fit snugly. Mix the tuna, onion, celery and green pepper. Spread this mixture on the bread slices. Sprinkle on the Cheddar cheese.

Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and garlic together. Pour half on tuna cheese mixture. Top with remaining bread slices and pour rest of milk mixture on bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
