PORK ROAST AND SAUERKRAUT 
2 lb. pork roast
1 qt. sauerkraut
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. applesauce
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Brown pork roast in 2 tablespoons butter. Combine other ingredients and pour over roast. Bake at 350°F for about 90 minutes or until roast reads about 150°F on a thermometer. You can double the sauerkraut and seasonings with the same amount of meat.
