SESAME CHICKEN 
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley (1 tbsp. dried)
1 tsp. ground white pepper
5 chicken breasts, skinned, split, boned and pounded thin
1 stick melted butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine first five ingredients and blend well. Dip chicken in butter and then coat with sesame breading. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
