POTATO, WIENER AND SAUERKRAUT
CASSEROLE
 
4-6 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can sauerkraut (about 1 c.)
6 wieners, cut in cubes
Cheese to sprinkle over top

Mix first 5 ingredients lightly together. Put in casserole and heat until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle cheese over top, return to oven until cheese is melted.
