PORK AND POTATO - SAUERKRAUT
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. lean pork cubes, cooked until tender with juice
2 c. sauerkraut, undrained
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. applesauce
1 lb. cooked potato cubes (3-4 med.)

Stir together and bake at 350 degrees until heated through. 4-5 servings.
