GREEN ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3-4 zucchini
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese

Slice zucchini and onion into pan. Pour 1 cup water and salt to taste over zucchini. Slice 1 stick butter into zucchini. Cook until tender. Add cheese and cook 10 more minutes.
