CHINESE BEEF & PEA PODS 
1 lb. flank steak, sliced against the grain
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. onion, sliced
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. frozen pea pods
5 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of ginger
1 tbsp. dry sugar

Mix beef with soy sauce, cornstarch and sherry. Let sit 1 hour. Saute onion and pea pods in oil. Add ginger. Add beef and cook 2 or 3 minutes.
