“PORK TENDERLOIN WITH RED PEPPER SAUCE” IS IN:

PORK TENDERLOIN WITH RED PEPPER
SAUCE
 
2 pork tenderloins, cooked (about 1 lb. each)

RED PEPPER SAUCE:

1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed
3/4 cup dairy sour cream

Sauté onion in olive oil until soft and lightly browned. Stir in roasted red peppers and heat through.

Remove skillet from heat; stir in dairy sour cream and dressing mix. Transfer warm mixture to food processor and puree until smooth.

Serve warm over sliced pork tenderloin.

Makes 1 3/4 cups sauce.
