 1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4, cup water 8 medium potatoes (boiled, peeled and cubed) 1 cup sliced celery 1/2 cup chopped red onion Combine dressing mix with mayonnaise and water. Add potatoes, celery and onions. Toss to coat. Chill. Makes 4 to 6 servings. | |
