1 lg. pkg. Oreos
1/2 c. softened butter
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Put half the crushed Oreos in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Mix milk with pudding. In separate bowl cream butter and cream cheese; add powdered sugar. Next add Cool Whip and pudding; mix gently. Pour over crushed Oreos. Crush remaining cookies and put on top. Chill.
