1 lb. bag Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 stick butter
3 c. milk
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Put 2 rolls of cookies crushed on the bottom of the dish. Mix all other ingredients for filling. Pour on top. Then put 1 roll of cookies crushed on top of pudding mixture.
