This recipe is DELICIOUS!!!! And I mean it!!! My whole family of VERY picky kids, including one who usually douses everything in Chickfila's Polynesian sauce, LOVED it!

I am not a lover of catfish. After a family fishing trip my husband brought some home. Being in our second month of dieting I used this recipe. It was so good with all the spices even I enjoyed it. It is definitely a keeper and will use it often. No need to fry with this delicious baked fish.

Outstanding! This recipe tops every catfish dish I have ever had in a restaurant or made at home. I thought my other catfish recipe was great but this one is the boss.
