3 c. milk
8 oz. whipped topping
12 oz. Oreo cookies
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
6 oz. cream cheese

Mix pudding and milk. Set aside. Crush cookies and divide into 2 parts. Whip cream cheese and whipped topping together and add to prepared pudding. Beat 2 minutes. Place half of cookie in dish or 9 x 13 inch pan. Add pudding mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
