1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed (set aside)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
1 med. size Cool Whip

Beat 2 cups milk with cream cheese, add pudding mix and beat. Add Cool Whip, beat until thick. Place cookie crumbs in pan (approximately 9 x 13 inches), then add pudding mixture and top with crumbs.
