1/4 c. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 pkg. Oreo cookies

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar (crunch Oreos real good). Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Blend together. Put 1/2 of Oreos in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour all of the mixture over the Oreos in the pan. Pour rest of Oreos over the top of mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
