CHICKEN SOUP FOR COLD DAYS 
This is a great soup for winter to soothe sore throats, or a relaxing fresh lunch in summer.

4 cups chicken broth
2 skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 (12 oz.) bag egg noodles
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup peeled chopped carrots
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
salt and pepper, to taste

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the celery, carrots and garlic, reduce heat and allow it to simmer a little until the veggies are the tiniest bit tender. Add in the bag of noodles and chicken, simmer on low heat until they are fully cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
