SIX LAYER MEXICAN DIP 
3 ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans refried beans or lg. can bean dip
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
2 sm. cans black olives
1 c. Picante sauce, mild

Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Then combine sour cream, mayonnaise in another bowl. To assemble, spread beans in a long oblong dish or a large round one. Top with the avocado mixture, layer with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with grated cheese. Top all with Picante sauce. Serve with chips. This makes a huge dip.
