MEXICAN LAYER DIP 
2 lg. tomatoes, diced
4 scallions (green onions), chopped finely
1 sm. can chopped green chilis
5 tbsp. taco sauce (med. or hot)
2 avocados (mashed to paste)
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (yellow is best)

Layer the above ingredients (starting with the tomato) in an 8 inch glass dish. Serve with tostado chips! Ole
