7 - LAYER MEXICAN DIP 
3 med. ripe avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lg. can bean dip
1 lg. bunch green onions, chopped
2 sm. cans olives, ripe, pitted, chopped
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Mash avocados and mix in lemon juice, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass dish (or similar dish), layer in this order. 1. Bean dip. 2. Sour cream mixture. 3. Avocado mixture. 4. Green onions. 5. Olives. 6. Tomatoes. 7. Cheese. Chill several hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips. Dip through all 7 layers.
