Quick Blueberry Cobbler

I've used a variation of this recipe for years, only made with self-rising flour, or flour w/baking powder. I didn't have either yesterday, but found this recipe using Bisquick, and man, did it turn out good! I don't usually use Bisquick for many things, but I bought a brand new box of it today along with a fresh supply of giant blueberries and raspberries. I'll be making another cobbler tomorrow.

Very easy & delicious!! I used 1/4 less butter & 1/2 the sugar and it still was great!

Made this for the folks at work (with blackberries instead). Was gone under 20 minutes. I added a sugar and pecan topping to it (because, why not?). Already have requests to make more. So easy and yummy - keeping this recipe.

Crazy easy, crazy good! I cut the recipe in half, and used a stoneware deep dish 7-inch round. Melt the butter in the dish you are using during the preheating. Even better if you are using metal or glass pan. Also, I subbed almond milk and it worked wonderfully!!!

I just made this with only 2 cups of fresh blueberries instead of 3 (because that's all I had); I followed the rest of the recipe exactly (even the stick of butter..yum!); however, I baked it in an 8" square glass pan instead of a 9" pan. I served it hot with a little milk on it. I will definitely be making this again!

Because of lots of allergies in our family, I tried this with the Gluten Free version of Bisquick and vanilla soy milk. It turned out great. Even my picky 5 year old liked it.
