EASY QUICK PEACH COBBLER 
2 (16 oz. ea.) bags sliced frozen peaches
1 box yellow cake mix (I use sugar free)
1 (12 oz.) can 7-up soda (I use diet)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place frozen peaches in a 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle cake mix over frozen peaches. Pour 7-up soda over top of dry cake mix.

Bake at 350°F until light brown on top, about 35 to 40 minutes.

Variation: For a diabetic version, use sugar-free cake mix and diet soda.
