“SHERRY'S LOW-FAT PLUM COBBLER” IS IN:

SHERRY'S LOW-FAT PLUM COBBLER 
2 lbs plums, pitted, cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix
1/2 cup 1% milk

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Coat a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, stir plums, sugar, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon zest, and ginger until evenly coated. Transfer to baking dish. Cover with foil.

Bake for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, stir baking mix with milk and remaining zest until dough forms. Uncover baking dish, drop dough by 1/2 cupfuls over fruit mix.

Bake, uncovered 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden and mix is hot and bubbly.
