FROZEN JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
Chopped nuts
Miniature marshmallows
Seedless grapes

Drain pineapple and save juice. Add water to juice to equal 1/2 cup. Heat liquid to simmer. Remove from heat. Add Jello and dissolve in liquid. Mix the above slowly with cream cheese. Fold in whipped whipping cream.

Put crushed pineapple in 2 cup measure. Add nuts, seedless grapes and miniature marshmallows to 2 cups. Add these 2 cups to cream mix. Oil mold. Pour in mold and freeze. Cut and serve half thawed. Can also mix cherries and/or bananas with pineapple.
