1 pkg. lemon or orange gelatin
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (No. 2) can sliced pineapple
1 tbsp. vinegar
Grated carrots
Finely chopped celery

Make Jello. Layer of Jello in mold let set. Add 1/4 slices of pineapple with carrots and add celery. Add more Jello let set. Then add balance of Jello and pineapple, carrot and celery. Let set.

We knew we were having a family party when grandma brought this Jello mold. Grandma didn't say how much carrots or celery.
