CREAMY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. sugar-free orange jello
2 c. low-fat buttermilk
1 lg. natural juice crushed pineapple
1 c. boiling water

NOTE: Sugar-free lime jello may be used, also.

Spray mold or Pyrex with nonstick spray. Open and drain pineapple; pour into oblong Pyrex or your favorite jello mold. Pour in 2 cups buttermilk; stir. Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Pour into mixture; stir well. Chill until set. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
