CREAMY JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. orange sherbet
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (11 oz.) can well-drained mandarin oranges
1 lg. can well-drained crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add sherbet, oranges, pineapple. Refrigerate until partially thickened (firm but not set). Fold in Cool Whip. At this point it can be put into a mold or in a serving bowl and refrigerated until completely firm. (Different flavor Jellos and sherbet also work well.)
