2 tablespoons butter
1 can Spam, diced
6-8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can evaporated milk
Cheddar cheese

Melt butter in large pan. Add sliced potatoes, Spam, 1 can evaporated milk and 1 can water and grated cheddar cheese. Bring to boil and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Cover and bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour.
